1.Assist the project manager in managing technical and quality work, and formulate on-site technical and quality management systems.
2.Be responsible for the preparation, inspection, and implementation of project quality plans, objectives, and construction technical schemes.
3.Organize meetings and discussions with relevant personnel regarding construction schemes, technology, design, and quality.
4.Take charge of the preparation, revision, review, and implementation of construction organization design and major technical schemes, and resolve on-site technical issues.
5.Be responsible for the review of subcontractors' technical schemes, pre-job training, and technical briefings.
6.Organize technical training, site visits, and exchange activities for engineering and technical personnel.
7.Participate in the work related to as-built drawings, completion documents, technical documentation, and final settlement.
